“Does not run” can mean different things
A dead battery, a damaged engine and a transmission that will not move the car require different pickup preparation. You do not need to diagnose an unfamiliar problem: “Not sure” is a useful answer when you do not know.
Describe the problem you know about
- Will not start: tell us about a known battery or engine issue.
- Starts but will not drive: mention transmission, steering or brake problems.
- Damaged tires or missing wheels: say which ones are affected.
- Accident damage: send photos and mention anything that prevents the wheels from rolling.
- Flood or fire damage: describe the condition clearly before requesting pickup.

What affects the offer?
Year, make, model, overall condition, vehicle completeness, paperwork and pickup location all matter. Tell us about missing components or major damage before agreeing on a price. We do not promise a fixed amount without reviewing your vehicle details.
Should I repair it before contacting you?
You can request an offer in its current condition first. Describe known problems honestly so you can decide whether selling the vehicle makes sense for you.
Can a vehicle that will not roll be picked up?
Tell us about locked wheels, missing tires or restricted access before scheduling. We will discuss the pickup requirements and confirm whether we can arrange collection.
