Sell your car without listing it yourself
Describe the vehicle, request an offer and arrange pickup if you accept. IronRex buys cars, SUVs, vans and trucks, including vehicles with engine or transmission problems. The offer depends on the actual condition, completeness, paperwork and location.
Street, alley, driveway or garage?
Chicago pickup requests should include more than an address. Let us know how the driver can reach the car, whether there is room to load it, and if the vehicle is behind a gate or inside a garage.
- For street parking, describe the vehicle’s position and any access restrictions.
- For alley pickup, mention gates, limited clearance or obstacles.
- For a parking garage, share entry rules and clearance information before scheduling.
- If the vehicle is at a repair shop or storage facility, arrange release and access with the facility.
What should I send for a quote?
The year, make and model; whether the car starts and drives; your title and key status; and the pickup ZIP. Include clear photos and explain missing parts, damage or known mechanical problems. This helps us discuss an accurate offer and prepare for pickup.
When do I get paid?
Cash is paid at pickup after we confirm the vehicle details and complete the paperwork. Free towing is included for the vehicle we purchase. Pickup timing depends on availability and the exact location.
Is every Chicago-area location covered?
We serve all Chicago community areas and nearby Illinois suburbs. Send the vehicle’s pickup ZIP and access details so we can arrange pickup.
